1988 - the Storming Musical Olympus disco festival (Gorky Park)

DJ Fonar: «I made it to the first festival of this kind, with the beautiful name «Storming Musical Olympus», in Gorky Park, back in 1988. It was a real breakthrough, disc jockeys stepping out onto the biggest rental venue in Moscow. That spot, on the main square by the fountain, was very popular back then, and in the evenings an incredible number of people gathered there. I performed there together with Lika, we represented the «Start» disco at Luzhniki, and took third place. For us it was an hour of triumph».
