«The success of "Gagarin party" was fantastic. That same Petersburg crew later organized a whole series of parties – Mobile, TechNoire. By then they were held in a more suitable venue, at the velodrome in Krylatskoye. There were even more people there. Some first corporate sponsors even turned up, along with a high-status foreign DJ in the person of Laurent Garnier.
Strange as it may seem, I wasn't the one who brought the foreigners to these parties. The Petersburg people handled that entirely, and how they managed it remains a mystery to this day».
