1998 — the Club Garazh

DJ Grad:
"Toto brought me to Garazh and introduced me to Oleg Ojo. I started coming there regularly, hanging out in the club until morning. And then one day, when Ojo had already played his set, the club's owner comes up to us saying that the crowd isn't leaving and the party has to go on. Oleg got fussy, saying he was tired, and suggested I get behind the turntables. And I happened to have records in my car. I started at five in the morning, and people didn't leave until ten.
From that moment on, after-parties began at Garazh. Every Friday and Saturday I started playing there in the mornings; it became a habit, and people from Galereya and Jazz-Cafe regularly came to the club to keep the fun going."
