February 1995 – Mercedance Party

«On the eve of the opening of «Titanik», Oganezov and I put on a promotion called «Mercedes — Star of Russia», «flying in» Jay D. It was probably the first party staged at an independent venue, outside a club. We really got burned on that project. «Mercedes» didn't give us a single kopeck. What's more, we paid out of our own pocket for the rental of the space, a Mercedes dealership on Leningradka. In the end the loss came to around ten thousand dollars».
