June 1998 – Festival in Gorky Park (Todd Terry, Jocelyn Brown)

«At the end of 1997, Sergey Teplyakov and I signed a contract with Coca-Cola to hold a series of "sponsored" parties. In 1998 we put on, at independent venues, The House of House at the MDM, the first tour around the Golden Ring and the I Love Techno parties.
Coca-Cola liked everything, and the following year they offered us the chance to hold a big dance festival in Gorky Park. At the time it seemed like fantasy: a twelve-hour open-air show ending with a party at the "Titanic". But it all worked out, and real stars performed at the festival — Todd Terry and Jocelyn Brown. Eric Morillo, by the way, was also billed there, but he never made it to Moscow. Nevertheless, the festival drew around 15 thousand spectators».
