Real underground

For me it all began in 1996. I remember there were Chaos, Master, Galaktika, the Kazantips, Eastern Strikes and Instantsii. Then in 2000 we built our own club "Prana" in the town of Krasnogorsk; there was never another place so full of soul. It was a really homey club where friends gathered, to which many eminent DJs came. I want to single out Finist and Smile — who helped us put on the parties — and also the man who created all of it and then disappeared, and with him the club disappeared too. I want to add that back then the club movement was a real underground, and you weren't like everyone else, you lived by this culture based on music. And now maybe we've grown up, and the world has become different, but that reckless time, that madcap abandon, makes me smile, especially looking at the glamorous kids dancing in the fashionable clubs of the capital. Big respect to the heroes of that time!
