777minus111 (a Russian electronic musician and one of the founders of the label Childrenofdos (www.childrenofdos.com)) began his first experiments with 8-bit music in 2003. The full debut album of the musician, called Children of Dos, appeared as early as the beginning of 2004. In the summer of the same year, while in the USA, in collaboration with musicians from the techno community Funkshun (Philadelphia/www.funkshun.us) and gameboy musician Glomag (New York/www.glomag.com), 777minus111 worked on new material. In November 2005, the musician completed work on a completely new CD Akademiks, consisting of 16 explosive tracks. The following 14 months were dedicated to active concert activity, during which he performed more than 50 times in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kyiv, Odesa, and other cities of Russia and the CIS. Throughout 2006, 777minus111 also participated in the video project Audio-visual event and got into rotation with the New York project This Spartan Life (http://thisspartanlife.com). Specially for the New Year, the musician released a fresh release Happy New Year. The atmosphere of classic video games that 777minus111 creates using game boy and laptop is the main feature of the musician.
