German experimental power electronics project founded in 2003 by Christian Klara. Steinklang, Austria's leading label in the genre, featured his debut EP in their iconic Zyklus box-set series. Tracks like "Kolyma" and "Siberia" combined old-school industrial rhythm sections in the spirit of early SPK with contemporary German power electronics noise, revealing the artist's fascination with brutal Soviet history and establishing him as a significant voice. His 2004 album "Moc" confirmed his importance in industrial culture. Beyond collaborating with Steinklang owner Max Presh on the 2004 joint project Fall Weiss (with Stahlwerk 9 and Rasthof Dachau) and contributing to the enigmatic Sturmpercht—rooted in ancient pagan practices of Alpine regions—Klara pursued active studio and live work, performing both classic and unreleased Radio Murmansk material in programs specially prepared for Russian audiences.
