Rebolledo

Mexican Rebolledo records tragicomic pachanga together with Superpitcher in the Kompakt studio, visiting the Turbo label party by Tiga in London, Piknik in Berlin, and the c/o pop festival in Cologne as part of his tour. He is one of the prodigies (alongside Diegors, Djs Pareja, Chantal) of the Cómeme label, assembled by Matias Aguayo in 2009. The set of tags that are usually written with the name Rebolledo – techno, swing, house, and electronic disco – does not reveal his uniqueness; Mauricio Rebolledo manages to sound fresh and unique in some mystical way. It is not so important who influenced his musical taste (among the key influences are: Giorgio Moroder, Daft Punk, Green Velvet) and where the source of his charisma comes from; Rebolledo is rather interesting as an example of rare artistic clarity.
