Bobrov

In his short DJ career (his first set took place at the club Studio in February 2000), DJ Dmitry Bobrov has established himself as a professional with his own unique style of music delivery. His performances can be characterized as an explosive mix of compositions, where the main focus is on a powerful bass and drum line. In his sets, tracks of various styles coexist beautifully, whether it's lively Spanish tribal, hard American house, or deep English progressive, creating a powerful underground sound. Individual diamonds in each of Dmitry's performances are vocal tracks, which are rare but are climactic in energy, vocal beauty, and meaning. The selection of material for performances is also noteworthy. Dmitry rarely plays popular hits; instead, he selects tracks that he then turns into dance floor hits. Additionally, his friendship with many producers gives him the unique opportunity to include tracks in his performances long before their official releases.
Since his first performance, DJ Dmitry Bobrov has been invited to iconic Moscow clubs Studio, Circus, and later Shambala, but the "stardom" of the audience and the strict format constraints of these clubs did not allow him to develop creatively or technically. In the summer of 2003, Dmitry chose to completely abandon performances in "pompous" clubs and fully focus on his residency at the club A Priori, which is considered the best underground club in Moscow. In early 2004, Dmitry was chosen as a resident of one of the most successful club projects of 2004 - *****Password, which allowed him to perform all over Russia with such masters as Jimmy Van M, Sean Cusick, James Zabiela, Steve Porter, Matthew Dekay, Desyn Masiello, Ashley Cassell, Paolo Modjo, Cass, and Randal Jones.
Since mid-2004, DJ Dmitry Bobrov has successfully started booking international DJs for club A Priori and other clubs in Russia.
