5th AnimaX Animation Film Festival

The fifth AnimaX animation film festival will take place at Club Shanti from December 14 to 16. This year, two viewing programs will be presented. The premiere of films by the well-known Japanese director Kunio Kato, as well as a showcase of animated films by European animators, created entirely without the use of computer graphics, under the common name 'Natural' (Christoph and Wolfgang Lauenstein, Bill Plymton, Borge Ring, Ferenc Rofuscz, and others). Kunio Kato is an outstanding experimental director who creates films in a style quite distinct from anime. His films are filled with extraordinary beauty and life. All proceeds will go to 'Dysimilis ART Center Russia' - a charitable organization specializing in developmental creative programs for people with Down syndrome.
