On November 16, the next almanac of electronically happy music "Easy Autumn. Season 2005" was released.
"The maximum we can always expect from autumn is that it will be easy and optimistic," says the compiler of the collection Oleg Nesterov. "Autumn 2005 met these expectations. Warm and clear, it received an original soundtrack to match." Each piece in the collection is charged with optimism and concentrated energy directed toward the future. After all, autumn is also the beginning of new undertakings!
In compiling the last record from the seasonal compilations series of 2005, only domestic musical material was used. Original compositions from both familiar participants of the compilations and newcomers will provide listeners with the energy accumulated over the summer.
Among the newcomers, one should note Dasaev, Andrei Makarov, and Lunch.
The founders of Dasaev - Hans Diel and Archur Polo refer to their direction as SanRemo rok. The track "Jurmala 1983" features everything from a retro drum machine and an old bass guitar from 1979 to analog synthesizers in the style of early Prince.
Petersburg musician Andrei Makarov works in various musical directions, participates in the Petersburg project IGG, and Kronstadt's Dimidrol Monky Trash. The compositions "Winter" are a northern person's dream of the sun.
Evgeny Lebedev – the leader of the LP band, host of the intellectual program "Other Music" on the radio station "Baltic Plus", and also a DJ resident, who plays every week at "Vaganka", the legendary and oldest club in the country. Musicians, already well-established in other "light" compilations, do not relinquish their positions.
