It all started with a passion for music.
From listening to ABBA, the Beatles, then Rose Royce, Shirley Bassey and Gladys Knight, and finally, from a timid attempt at her own creativity, presented for the strict judgment of her best friends.
After finishing school, armed with youthful optimism and a desire to succeed, Angel appeared in the nightclubs of Nottingham. Initially only as a bartender. Her favorite place of work became Rock City, where the mixes of local DJs delighted the ear: house in all its variations with elements of jazz-funk, soul, and electro.
Garage 1989 - a new place and a new time. And new DJ friends Graeme Park, Soul 2 Soul, Eric B & Rakim.
In 1990, the now legendary Venus club opened, where Angel came to work. During this time, she continued to work as a bartender and tried to make her own mixes, inspired by the music of Graeme, Sasha, Darren Emerson, Justin Robertson, striving to improve as a DJ.
On the eve of New Year 1991, her most cherished dreams come true: Angel plays her first DJ set at the renowned and almost home club Venus. And, according to her own memories, she is wildly nervous. But the emotions of the game redeem everything, and from that moment Angel becomes a regular guest not only at her home club, but also at many others: Hacienda, Up Your Ronson, Back 2 Basics, Progress, and Miss Moneypenny.
1994 - the first serious residency at the Swoon club. She plays house with elements of funk, appears at the main parties of that time, and even goes on a small tour initially only in England.
Her travel route: Verona (Alter Ego), Paris (the Queen club), Ibiza (Pacha), Berlin (Sage club), Rio (the W Club).
One endless party around the world: Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece, France, Switzerland, Brazil, South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, Beirut, Dubai, Latvia, USA, Canada.
Nowadays, Angel spends most of her time in the studio, preparing for the release of an album, working on new tracks, and not forgetting to record all her ideas in a diary, which can be read on the DJ's official website.
