Animation Cinema AnimаХ

From December 14 to 15, 2007, at the club-restaurant-gallery ArteFAQ and from December 16 to 18 at the "Shanti" club, the Third Animation Cinema Festival AnimаХ will take place.

The main theme of the Third Animation Cinema Festival AnimаХ is humor in animation: everything from funny to very funny! Comedy, the ability to notice characteristic life phenomena, create satirical pictures and images, simplicity and elegance of forms, naturalness, spontaneity, improvisational ease - these are the features of the participants in the program.

Funny and strange, sarcastic and ironic cartoons from the contestants of the International Festival "Krok-2007" will be presented, including films from Canada ("Sleeping Betty"), South Korea ("Daddy Wolf"), the UK ("Dreams and Desires - Family Ties"), Argentina ("Lapsus"), Spain ("Lupe and Bruno"), Russia ("Lavatory - Lovestory"), Hungary ("Polar Pit"), Finland ("Tango Finland") and other countries.

Works by famous masters of Russian animation Mikhail Aldashin, Ivan Maximov, Alexander Bubnov, Konstantin Bronzit.

And also, "spicy" humor from erotic and porn art cartoons (a special program "Humor Without Pants").
