The fourth party in the World Wide Clubbing series is dedicated to Buenos Aires. In recent years, the Argentine capital has experienced a real club boom. Argentines themselves indulge in clubbing with a truly Latin passion, organizing real dance marathons around the clock. Representing Buenos Aires in Moscow will be Anthony Pappa and Omid 16B. Anthony Pappa has made a dizzying career, breaking into the international DJ elite in record time. His compilations Renaissance, Nu-Breed, and Resolution have sold millions of copies in Europe and America. As part of the duos Pappa & Gilbey and Freefall, Anthony recorded several tracks now recognized as true classics of house music. Many still remember Anthony Pappa's amazing set on Halloween at club XIII. His current performance at the World Wide Clubbing party will not disappoint even the most discerning Russian clubbers. ANTHONY PAPPA biography DJ career of Australian Anthony Pappa began at the age of fifteen when he won the professional DMX competition. At eighteen, he was already warming up the audience before the performances of legendary DJs John Digweed, Dave Seaman, and Sasha during their Australian tours. His unique technique of mixing records was appreciated by celebrities, and Anthony received a lucrative offer from Dave Seaman, and by the late 90s, he moved to London. In the UK, a truly dizzying career awaited Anthony Pappa. In collaboration with Alan Bremner from Brothers In Rhythm, he organized the group Freefall, famous for the track Skydrive. The remix of I Trance You by another Anthony Pappa project, Pappa & Gilbey, was played in sets by Paul Oakenfold, Dave Seaman, and John Digweed. After working at the famous New York club Twilo, Anthony gained a whole army of devoted fans in the USA. The compilations mixed by Anthony Pappa, Renaissance, Nu-Breed, Choo-Choo, and Resolution sold millions of copies, turning him into a global star. Anthony is also well-known in Russia, having performed brilliantly two years ago on Halloween at club XIII in front of three thousand enthusiastic fans. OMID 16B biography Omid Nourizadeh is known to the world under a good dozen pseudonyms. As ORN, he released the track Snow, which became a big hit on European dance floors in the mid-90s. Under the aliases Phaser, Changing Shape, Sixteen Million $ Man, he did remixes for The Cure, Gus Gus, Steve Lawler, and John Creamer. But Omid Nourizadeh is best known under his latest nickname 16B. It is under this pseudonym that he released the albums Sound From Another Room and How To Live 100 Years, which made Omid famous far beyond his native Britain. In 2002, Omid 16B signed a contract with Yoshitoshi, the label of the famous Deep Dish, and now regularly performs at Yoshitoshi's signature parties in the best clubs in the world. His latest works - compilation In House We Trust 4 and the track Small Town Boy with a sample from the famous song by Bronski Beat - have been warmly received by music critics.
