Atmosphere: evolution of the Russian dance brand

The leading Russian dance label Atmosphere announces its plans and objectives for 2004. 'Atmosphere' is currently the only well-established club label. The label was founded in 2000 by the top Russian DJ Vladimir Fonarev (DJ Volodya Fonar). Today, 'Atmosphere', as a reputable brand, is represented by Fonar's weekly radio show on 'Dinamit FM' radio, regular major club events in Moscow and other Russian cities, and active touring activities of Atmosphere's residents - Kolya, Grad, Korean, and Fonarev in Russia and beyond. By developing the Russian club scene and providing important support to Russian dance artists, 'Atmosphere' has contributed to the success and assisted projects such as 'Kosmonavtika', 'PPK', and 'Radio Trans'. Setting new goals today, 'Atmosphere' and its leader Vladimir Fonarev are ready to announce details and recent changes in the label's work. In the spring of 2004, the producer of 'PPK' Alexander Polyakov and the founder of 'Atmosphere' Vladimir Fonarev decided to start working together and strategically develop the 'Atmosphere' label in the future. 'We have decided to combine our vast joint experience in producing and recording high-quality dance music and successful work in the club industry,' says Vladimir Fonarev. 'We have the desire and ability to bring as much new, relevant, high-quality, and especially Russian dance music to the dance floors and radio listeners,' adds Alexander Polyakov. The collaboration of these two widely recognized professionals will undoubtedly not only boost Russian dance music but also take it to a completely different level of quality. In the development plan of the renovated Atmosphere - the beginning of regular releases of Russian music, production and recording of new artists, the launch of the Atmosphere Internet radio station, the launch of the updated Atmosphere website www.atmosphere.su and, of course, even more bright dance parties of Atmosphere throughout Russia. The first event of the renewed dance label 'Atmosphere' will take place on May 22, 2004.
