Cocoon Moscow and Mike Spirit's Birthday

May 23, 2009 - a date that is significant for two reasons. Firstly, an impressive detachment of current German artists will gather for the next party of the Cocoon Moscow series. Secondly, at the same event, the well-known Mike Spirit, who needs no introduction, will celebrate his 30th birthday. Frankfurt's Cocoon has sent truly worthy artists to Arma 17: the author of the most played hits of last year 'Nesrib' and 'Trompeta' Burak Sar aka SIS (also known as the 'Sound producer of the year' according to the reputable Groove Magazine); the most experienced musician and tireless experimenter D. Diggler and the young but already loudly acclaimed wunderkind Matt Star. The celebrant himself will be the host of the alternative dance floor. Spirit will be congratulated by friends and colleagues in the industry: Anton Kubikov, Sergei Sanchez, Mario, Volodya Trapeznikov, Zorkin, Bell, Abelle & Bkpr, the 'techno heavyweight' from Berlin Axel Bartsch, and many others. The next day, everyone is invited to the chillout cafe 'Ketama' for a quiet Sunday afterhours. Here Mike Spirit will present a special downtempo set - in the best traditions of the legendary Kazantip sunsets.
