Critical Rhythm Presents Compilation "Singular"

The immense community Critical Rhythm unites the creative impulses of more than twenty various labels, such as Aurium, Baroque, Electrofly, Influx, SOG Chrome, Trojan, Floppy Discs, and a dozen more. The labels have united stylistically - almost all release progressive house and trance, sometimes adding breakbeat. Most releases pass by fans of this kind of music, unless of course those fans are DJs. Nearly all music is released in the form of singles on vinyl or (which has now become standard) in mp3 format. To capture another piece of the market, Critical Rhythm devised the idea of releasing compilations where the most successful tracks from a selected period would be gathered. The series of compilations is called "Singular," and here comes the second part, now expanded to two discs, offering a bouquet of unexpected and pleasant discoveries. Well-known names coexist with unknown ones, while unknown artists often present very interesting and memorable tracks. The style of this compilation fully corresponds with the overall musical picture represented by Critical Rhythm. Progressive house, progressive trance, occasionally progressive breaks, all very melodic, bursting with energy, enthusiasm, and youth. Also, following the already established traditions, both discs feature complete tracks that any DJ can freely use during their performances.
