Daniel Beattie in the Chinese Quarter

For the first time in Russia and in Moscow, the famous DJ and musician from Denmark, DJ Daniel, will perform. For the last ten years, he has been one of the leading DJs in Copenhagen. DJ Daniel (Daniel Beattie) began his DJ career in 1992 when he organized his first party. After two years of active promotion and gathering a large collection of diverse electronic music, DJ Daniel began his career as a Chill Out DJ in 1994.
Daniel played at all open venues in Copenhagen. The Chill Out DJ career seemed somewhat boring for Daniel, and he began to play more club music alongside non-dance electronic music.
At the same time, in 1995, Daniel began writing music together with Hansen, with whom he continues to release records to this day. In addition to his active work as a musician, Daniel and Hansen open their label called Edward Davenport Records.
At the same time, Daniel was invited to host his radio show dedicated to electronic music in Copenhagen (every Saturday on radio P3).
Daniel's music is released on renowned European labels, such as: Mosaic, Trapez, Tic Tac Toe, Echocord, 3rd Floor, Multiplex, Special Ed, April, Kirr Royale Records...
Daniel's tracks are gaining recognition worldwide. The unreleased track Gwailo is currently in the charts with James Holden and will soon be released on the Italic label.
Additionally, records with Daniel's tracks have been in the bags of DJs like: Laurent Garnier, Ivan Smagghe (Blackstrobe), Mathias Kaden, Reynold, John Tejada, Mike Shannon, Mathias Schaffhauser, James Flavour (Dirt Crew), Ewan Pearson, Anja Schneider, and many others...
Daniel's tracks have appeared in numerous CD mixes and compilations released in many countries across Europe.
Due to his success, Daniel ends his career as a promoter and closes his label. Thus defining his primary activity... DJing in various clubs throughout Denmark and other European countries and music writing.

At the Chinese Quarter restaurant (located near the Garden Ring, at the beginning of the Prospect Mira), there is a very cozy outdoor summer terrace, protected from the rain by a canopy, equipped with heaters and friendly service that will not let you freeze and will wrap you in warm blankets in case of bad weather. It is there that you will be able to listen to Daniel's performance both as a DJ and as a musician. His set will consist of diverse electronic music, both danceable and for listening (many unreleased tracks will be played).
In addition to Daniel, DJ Dima Spell will be spinning, who has already introduced regular visitors to the Chinese Quarter to Daniel's work by regularly playing his music there.

The performance will take place on Thursday, September 8. Start at 22:00.
