Dave Seaman and Chris Fortier in Moscow and St. Petersburg

From March to December 2004, a series of parties under the common name World Wide Clubbing / TransGlobe Clubbing is taking place in Moscow and St. Petersburg, continuing the extremely successful cycle of similar parties from the previous year. Through this mini-festival, participants will be able to take a virtual journey through the club capitals of the world, experience the amazing atmosphere of these places, and see the most famous DJs. This year, the World Wide Clubbing / TransGlobe Clubbing parties will introduce the Russian audience to the most exotic corners of the planet, new centers of club activity in the world. The fifth party of the series is dedicated to Sydney. Today, this Australian city is rightfully considered one of the global capitals of house music. Legends are told around the world about local clubs that regularly gather thousands of people on their dance floors. Sydney is the spiritual home of celebrities like Infusion, Anthony Pappa, and Jumping Jack. Representing Sydney in Moscow and St. Petersburg will be Dave Seaman and Chris Fortier. Dave Seaman was one of the pioneers of the international house movement. He was part of the famous DMC union, responsible for creating dance versions of hits by Michael Jackson, Pet Shop Boys, Kylie Minogue, and Take That. For many years, he was a resident of the renowned clubs Shelleys and Renaissance, touring the world with them. In addition, Dave Seaman was the editor of the popular MixMag magazine, which shaped a new direction in modern music journalism. Chris Fortier is among the most famous DJs in the USA. Together with his colleagues from Fade Records, he created his own unique playing style, known today as the 'Orlando sound.' In the late 90s, fate brought Chris Fortier together with John Digweed, and since then he has been one of the leading DJs of Bedrock. On November 5, 2004, a performance of the legendary DJs Dave Seaman and Chris Fortier will take place in St. Petersburg at the Cadet Corps Manege building (University Embankment, 13), and on November 6, 2004, in Moscow at the Gaudi club (Skladochnaya St., 1).
