German DJ, musician, founder of the Gigolo Records label Helmut Geier (DJ Hell) will release his fourth album entitled “Teufelswerk” (the work of the devil) in mid-spring. The album will include two CDs: “Night” and “Day”. The first disc will feature tracks suitable for the styles of Chicago house and Detroit techno. The "daytime" part of the album is dedicated to krautrock and early German psychedelic music.
To create "Teufelswerk" DJ Hell involved his colleagues and associates Peter Kruder (member of the legendary downtempo duo Kruder and Dorfmeister), multi-instrumentalists Christian Prommer and Roberto Di Gioia. The album's opening track, "U Can Dance", features vocals from Bryan Ferry. Finally, electroflare pioneer DJ Hell invited his longtime friend, the popular American rap artist P.Diddy, to collaborate on the song “The DJ.”
