"Part of the Weekend Never Dies" - this is the name of the new documentary film by director Saam Farahmand, who traveled the world with the band Soulwax and captured more than 120 concerts and festivals on his camera! Besides Soulwax themselves, their good friends: Tiga, Justice, Erol Alkan, Peaches, James Murphy, Klaxons, and many more made it into the film! Behind the scenes, at live performances, on the road, in hotel rooms, Saam's camera captured everything interesting, including the famous Soulwax tour "Nite Versions"!
This was announced a few days ago at the "Ether Festival" event in London. Now Soulwax fans can find themselves in the documentary film, and who knows, the upcoming May tour may also become part of history. So don’t miss the chance and keep an eye on the tour dates on the musicians' website→
In August 2008, Saam Farahmand plans to release a shortened version of the film "Part of the Weekend Never Dies" on DVD, along with a bonus disc featuring live performances by the musicians!
