The Duo of Rudyk and Rodriguez

Ivan Rudyk has finished work on a new track 'Things That Make You Feel (It's Your Party Time)'. Unlike the DJ's previous works, this composition includes a part of English vocals performed by the Russian artist. The choice fell on Comedy Club resident and TV host Timur Rodriguez. 'This is my first experience of creating not just an instrumental club track or remix, but a real song from beginning to end,' says Ivan Rudyk. 'Timur's participation in the recording is not related to his television success. For me, he is first and foremost a friend, the best vocalist, and the most talented artist who wrote the lyrics to my music and superbly performed his part in the chorus.' Due to both participants' busy touring schedules, the studio work lasted four months. The premiere of the composition will take place on Ivan Rudyk's show 'Electrica' on 'NRG' radio (104.2 FM) on Friday, July 6. Timur Rodriguez said, 'This is the music that I have loved all my life and hope to dedicate the rest of it to. Ivan and I have been friends and collaborators for a long time. I participated in shaping his show 'Electrica' and, in principle, we have long planned to record a track where I would sing. I cannot objectively evaluate the result, but there is a feeling that the track conveys some correct energy – mine and Ivan's. I let a large number of people listen to the recording, which I rarely do – everyone has their own opinion, and you can get upset. But in this case, everyone said: Oh, we will dance! Things That Make You Feel (It's Your Party Time) will be released in Russia and the CIS on the Electrica/Diamond label and will soon be included in the upcoming compilations 'Victory' and 'From Russia With Sound vol 2'.
