Dan Tait has literally spent half of his life behind the DJ booth. In 2006, at the age of 28, he had been actively performing at parties for over fourteen years. Starting with performances at private house parties, Dan has grown into a globally recognized star. Throughout this time, his musical preferences have changed multiple times. He has experimented with various sub-genres of House music, but House itself remains his priority to this day. Representatives from Pioneer were amazed by the effects he created on the mixer using mixed images on the CDJ-1000. Using this equipment, Dan crafted unique mixes from three copies of the same track. Pioneer immediately invited Dan to join the testing team to hear his feedback on new prototypes from Pioneer. Eventually, Dan became a member of the testing team for the new Dj-Dvd player: DVj-X1, alongside Sander Kleinenberg and James Zabiella. This player allows Dan to play visual effects that he creates at home using his own recorded videos and animations. All visual effects are overlaid on popular music tracks. Dan has already showcased his unique products in Ibiza at a private party at Space and in London at the Global House Music Awards ceremony; now he plans to bring this show to clubs in Russia, Brussels, Ireland, and back to Ibiza. Dan Tait successfully performed at the last FortDance 6 festival and at the Jet Set club in Moscow in July 2005. Since then, he has visited Russia three times. In October 2006, Dan participated in the 'Music Moscow' exhibition, showcasing his skills alongside James Zabiella at the Pioneer booth.
