European MTV fined for airing Aphex Twin's video

European MTV has been fined $484,500 for broadcasting one of Aphex Twin's most famous videos, 'Windowlicker.' According to representatives of the British media regulator Ofcom, the 'extremely explicit material' was aired on the channel before 9 p.m., when children could see it.
