Faithless Returns to Moscow

On October 23, British electronic band Faithless will perform a full live concert in support of their new album The Dance at Arena Moscow.
The Dance was released on May 17, 2010. It includes the 7-minute club symphony Not Going Home, the track Feel Me featuring the piercing psychopathic vocals of Neil Arthur from Blancmange, Feeling Good and North Star, on which the vocalist is Dido, Coming Around featuring Dougy Mandagi from the popular Australian band Temper Trap, and Love is My Condition with the classical vocals of Mia Maestro. It is the album The Dance that Faithless is bringing to Moscow.
Before joining Faithless, frontman Maxi Jazz deejayed at a pirate radio station in London and ran his own record label. His faith (Buddhism) has significantly influenced the content of the band's lyrics.
Sister Bliss is a pianist and violinist with a classical education and a well-known house music producer.
Sister Rollo Armstrong, Dido, performed several tracks on each of Faithless's three albums. Rollo co-produced her debut album No Angel, which topped the British and American charts. Rollo himself, who once stated that he "cannot play any instrument, cannot dance, and cannot remember any melody," does not perform live with Faithless because, according to his own words, he cannot be on stage. However, Rollo is a co-writer of all the material. Sister Bliss describes the studio relationship as "telepathic, symbiotic." Rollo has an amazing gift for perceiving sounds in color. Therefore, when he wants to achieve a certain sound, he simply offers his colleagues color associations – and it usually works.
After the release of their debut Reverence (1995), the band dedicated themselves to touring. With their music, Faithless has been everywhere – playing above the Arctic Circle and in the deserts of Puerto Rico, performing for the Turkish army. After their recognition worldwide, even their native Britain surrendered. Their epic house singles Insomnia and Salva Mea have had a huge influence on modern dance music.
