From February 18 to 20, the largest Scandinavian contemporary music festival by:Larm will take place in Oslo. This event has been held in Norway since 1998. The festival program consists of two parts: musical and scientific. This year, about 350 concerts are planned. By:Larm fundamentally does not invite world-famous stars.
