Fuse presents Shinedoe

Amsterdam star Shinedoe hand-mixed and recorded a new mix for Belgian techno club Fuse. "Fuse presents Shinedoe" will be released on CD in September. Shinedoe quit dancing to become a DJ, but since then she has never regretted it, because she has been invited to play in such clubs as Watergate, Robert Johnson and Fabric. In addition, the girl is also well versed in studio affairs: together with Dylan Hermelijn (2000 and One), she runs the minimal funk label Intacto, and last year she released her debut album “Sound Traveling,” where Detroit and minimal techno are combined with West African rhythms.
Next up, Shinedoe presents a mix for "Fuse", which will be her first commercial mix. Previous releases in the series from DJs like Steve Bug and Joris Voorn were cut and pasted in Ableton Live, but Shinedoe decided to mix their mix the old-fashioned way - with a couple of hands, a couple of turntables and a couple of mixers. The disc contains house and techno from Detroit (DJ Bone, Underground Resistance), Chicago (Ron Trent, Roy Davis Jr.), Berlin (Substance & Vainqueur) and, of course, Amsterdam (Polder, 2000 and One, Dave Ellesmere).
