Legendary British DJ, promoter, and founder of Formation Records label Leroy Small (DJ SS) created The World of Drum & Bass over a decade ago – an international festival aimed at bringing together the most prominent drum'n'bass DJs and MCs in one venue. This festival has captured the hearts of people in Japan, Australia, America, Germany, Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, the UK, and of course, Russia. One of the main objectives of the festival is uniting fans and representatives of drum'n'bass culture into a unified global whole – the arena of The World of Drum & Bass.
