One Year of City Mondays

Musical Mondays at the "Gorod" club celebrate their first year. It has been a year of sometimes crowded and sometimes very calm – almost intimate evenings of the first workday of the week among the past twelve months. Evenings that consistently bring together people on the small dance floor and at the bars of "Gorod", who, first and foremost, care about quality, thoughtful, yet sufficiently energetic electronic music. During this time, familiar faces and unexpected guests – many of whom later gladly became regulars – enjoyed the resident DJs of Monday parties - Dj FeDOT, Dj Elka, Dj Direktor, alongside stars of the Russian dance scene like Dj Slava Finist, Dj Zorkin, Dj Sapunov, Dj Spirit, dj Fish, and others. Despite its seemingly "optional" status in relation to and against the foreground of consistently preceding large weekend events, Monday dance evenings gathered their audience, found their place in Moscow's club life, and confidently established themselves in the schedule of "Gorod". Let’s congratulate ourselves and those who are ready to give us a weekly musical holiday! On April 17, 2006, guests at the Monday night party will include a legend of the Russian techno scene - Dj Slava Finist, as well as musical surprises from the party hosts! We know that reminders are unnecessary – we just await you and your friends.
