Gus Gus forever!

The group Gus Gus, beloved by the Russian public, releases its fifth studio album, “this time recorded without the brain, straight from the heart.” The work, titled “Forever,” will be released in mid-February. Gus Gus started out with indie pop rock, releasing their first LP in 1996 on the legendary 4AD label. After the release of the next three albums (Polydistortion, This Is Normal and Gus Gus vs. T-World), the band's lineup was reduced from twelve people to three - Biggi Veira, Earth and founding father President Bongo remained. Earth is a new vocalist with the unpronounceable name Urdur Hakonardottir.
Now the group's music has become more dance-oriented, it is released on the Great Stuff and Underwater labels (the brainchild of Darren Emmerson). For the new album, Gus Gus invited several vocalists - their fellow countryman, the fiery blond Pall Oskar, gave his voice to “Need In Me,” and Detroit music hero Aaron-Carl guested on the track “Hold You.” At the same time, Gus Gus signed a team of masters of dance rhythms to produce remixes: Moonbootica, Diringer, Mark Bell, Thor, DMS, Patrick Chardronnet, Tim Deluxe unsheathed their synthesizers and flexed their fingers.
