The Hed Kandi 5th Anniversary Party opens up one extremely important intrigue for Moscow. This party revives the famous Club XIII, the flagship of the capital's nightlife in the late 90s. There are many myths and legends associated with XIII. It was one of the first clubs in the city to organize tours of foreign DJs with worldwide fame in Moscow.
