The global stars London Elektricity, Logistics, and MC Wrec present accelerated soul music directly from the heart of Great Britain. For the first time in Russia! The British label Hospital Records (with the support of Jungle.RU and 44100.com) is launching its residency Hospitality in the capital. Recently held in Berlin and Rotterdam, now in Moscow at the club Ikra. The history of Hospitality parties began in 2000 at the London club Herbal. The first flyer was designed as a genuine invitation to a doctor's appointment. After six years, the Hospitality parties transformed into a globally recognized brand with six residencies worldwide, including Japan. Over its ten-year history, Hospital has gained close attention from both fans of the sensual side of drum'n'bass music and followers of slower genres like broken beat and nu jazz. The label bosses, London Elektricity and High Contrast, have always sought inspiration in soul, funk, and jazz music rather than in the industrial directions of electronic music, although Detroit techno is also favored. As a result, the label has managed to invent its own genre - warm, emotional, and particularly rhythmic music that does not quite fit within the usual boundaries of what is typically called drum'n'bass. Their creativity can be seen as a stage in the evolution initiated by people like Miles Davis and Carl Craig, having passed through years of acid house euphoria and the breakbeat madness of The Prodigy. Hospital artists collaborate equally with rockers The White Stripes and heavyweight direct barrel artists, the legendary house label Defected. On July 6 at Ikra club, London Elektricity, Logistics, and MC Wrec will open a window to London. They will be supported by veterans of the Russian scene, Subwave (Moving Shadow, RU), 4K (Jungle.RU), and gvozd (Respect Family, St. Petersburg). On the second floor, hip hop, funk, and rare grooves from Epik Soundsystem, Krikoff (Home Listening DJs), and Ice Dj.
