The Freemotion project, already surprising club audiences with its incredible parties for 2 years, is going outdoors to announce its new initiative – the "Freemotion Street Fest" festival in broad daylight. The spirit of Freemotion remains the same - free movement (free motion) and free emotions; all the most unusual and progressive things that allow one to see themselves and the world in a new light. An inspiring moment of the festival was the 30th anniversary of urban culture. Every participant and guest of Freemotion will feel the full power of modern street culture, boldly powering along the temporary track from 1976 to 2006. Thus, on July 22, 2006, the WinЗавод club site will become the center of the international festival "Freemotion Street fest." Closer to the evening, the event space will be filled with ultra-progressive electronic music from famous DJs and live projects: James Lavelle (founder of the legendary project Unkle), Dj-set Propellerheads (Will White), and Anthony Pappa (Global Underground)! Also: Groove – the "Father" of the Russian breakbeat and DJ Pasha Portnov (Zeppelin)!
Well, in daylight, the festival will go beyond the club space. Under the open sky, there will be a battle of the most advanced representatives of street culture for the right to be called the best of the best. The main action will unfold on four locations in the areas of: graffiti, BMX, body art, breakdance. Each winner in these areas will receive a prize of $3000! Invited jury members are rushing to the festival – the brightest stars of urban culture. Recognized graffiti artists: RusCrew team (Russia), star BMX rider: Jay Miron (Canada), explosive breakers: Style Elements & Killafornia (USA) - Frankie Flave, Ruen, Crumbs, Steelo, and body art authority: Lena Demidova (Russia). If you consider yourself a worthy representative of street culture in one of the specified nominations (graffiti, BMX, body art, breakdance) and want to participate in the battle for the prize, register on the website www.c-freemotion.ru or by phone (495) 207-82-52, 207-76-11, within two days we will contact you for a briefing. By July 20, a competent jury will evaluate the submitted works/performances and publish the finalists on the website www.c-freemotion.ru who will participate in the Freemotion battle of the year.
