Kanzleramt 10/100 tour - a tour dedicated to celebrating the 10th anniversary of Germany's leading techno label Kanzleramt records, as well as the release of its 100th record. The slogan of this tour is "When numbers become symbols." Indeed, over the decade of its creative endeavors, the label has achieved much, and the current tour is very symbolic. The parties of this tour will take place in France, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria, and of course Germany. The tenth, anniversary party of the tour will take place in Moscow on February 28 at the Gaudi club. Within the framework of this tour, the first people of the label Heiko Laux and Alexander Kowalski & Raz Ohara will visit Moscow for the first time. On February 28 at the Gaudi club, the 10th party of the Kanzleramt 10/100 tour will take place. From the Russian side, the oldest and best techno DJs from Moscow and St. Petersburg will perform: Fish, Spider, Kubikoff, Magic B, Spirit, Mikhail Voron (St. Petersburg), Volodya, Berg, Feel, and others.

Alexander Kowalski. He is referred to as a "young genius." And indeed, at the age of 24, he has achieved the impossible. His records have been released on leading German labels, and a long-term contract with Germany's best techno label Kanzleramt places him among the musicians of world fame. His album "Progress" was deemed the best album of the year by readers of German music magazines, and Alexander himself won the best musician and best live performance awards in 2002. Kowalski sold thousands of albums, played at all major festivals in Europe, and received an award in the "Best Single" category at Music&Machine for his hit "All I Got To Know" featuring the fantastic vocals of singer Raz Ohara. His work on remixes is never-ending: Turner, Elektrochemie LK, Sono 2000, Codec & Flexor, Glen Wilson, Alan Oldham, Martini Br?s and new monsters of French techno Agoria seek him out for remixes, and his latest work for Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode) - a remix of the track "Bottle Living" from the album "Paper Monsters" - became one of the major hits of late 2003. His latest album "Response" has become a true event for the techno music world. The single "Belo Horizonte" instantly became a super-hit and earned him fame and love from techno enthusiasts around the world. The unique mix between house and techno, slightly seasoned with trance sound, complemented by the wonderful vocals of Raz Ohara - this is the formula for Kowalski's success.

Heiko Laux. The founder of the Kanzleramt label rightfully occupies leading positions in the DJ ranking of Germany. One of the residents of the legendary Omen club, whose owner and ideologist was the great Sven Vath. A musician whose albums and singles are recognized as the best in the world of German intelligent techno. His DJ sets with three turntables make many dance floors in Europe come alive, and his unique playing style, allowing multiple records to sound simultaneously, earns the respect of other DJs. He was the one who introduced the world to names like Alexander Kowalski, Christian Morgenstern and Diego. He worked with techno music giants like Anthony Rother, Johannes Heil, Patrick Lindsey, Damon Wild, and DJ Slip. His label has been recognized as the best techno label in Germany for five consecutive years.
