Kentaro Releases on Ninja Tune

Japanese DJ Kentaro is renowned for his exceptional talent as an unparalleled scratch master. But this year, he will take on a new role - on July 19, his own creation, the full-length debut album *Enter*, will be released on Ninja Tune.
No, he hasn’t given up scratching (and you can hear it in the track "Keep On" featuring The Pharcyde). Kentaro Okamoto’s debut as a musician on the Ninja Tune label is more of a way to test his musical skills and gather an amazing lineup including Spank Rock, Fat Jon, and New Flesh.
The album *Enter* encompasses a whole range of musical genres. Each track is a symbiosis of drum and bass, dancehall, jazz, downtempo, and of course, hip-hop. In "Space Jungle" (feat. Spank Rock, Ronnie Darko, and Armani XXXchange), the turntable master demonstrates a high level of skill, combining spacey B-more breaks and rapid hip-house. What DJ Kentaro will prefer to pursue in the future will be revealed in time, but for now - let’s enjoy the album *Enter*.
