Kmr Tribez to perform with vocalist

Kmr Tribez is a new joint project of musician Mikhail Teplov, who has received attention from two major German labels Trapez and Salo with his projects Ill Doggy and Multipliar, and ambient producers Mikhail Chernev and Igor Ivanov. Kmr Tribez's music combines minimal dub-techno trends with romantic melodic lines and tech-house rhythms. Mikhail Teplov, also known as Ill Doggy, started his musical career in 1997. In 1999, he released his first album 'Acidophil' on his own label Doggy Records, combining techno rhythms with experimental and ambient sounds. After meeting the famous DJ and producer Anton Kubikov, in 2000, he founded the project Multipliar with him. Soon, two project albums were released on the then-new Cologne label Trapez - 'Deep Service Ep' and 'Pixel Bells Ep', receiving high ratings, especially in the magazine De:Bug. Then in the same 2001, Ill Doggy released the solo record 'Funk Hole Ep' on the Berlin label Salo, presenting an explosive mix of funk and minimal tech-house. Ill Doggy then began active concert activities, performing at festivals and venues such as 'Kazantip', 'Pvbt', 'Creamfields', 'Territory', 'City', 'Rynda', 'Gaudi', 'Beach Club', 'Phlegmatic Dog', 'Apriori', 'Zone', 'Plasticine', and others. In 2004, Ill Doggy, together with ambient producers Mikhail Chernev and Igor Ivanov, founded the new collective Kmr Tribez. Currently, the group is working on two stylistically different projects simultaneously. On the one hand, under the name Ambivalence, the project represents psychedelic dub-ambient. On the other hand, the actual Kmr Tribez project is focused on the dance floor - its music combines minimal dub-techno trends with romantic melodic lines and tech-house rhythms. They are currently working with vocalist Alexandra Apushkinskaya on a song program.
