Lali Puna Concert in Moscow!

Today, Lali Puna is perhaps the most fashionable German band in the world. They became especially famous after the release of their third album, "Faking the Books", last year. The disc with the Morr Music logo in a black and yellow cover can be found on the main shelves of music stores, their world tour has fantastic success, and the band's vocalist, the mysterious Eastern girl Valeri Trebelyar, has become an image of the music of the future. Because they are more than just a trend: melodic and minimalist, surprising with the freshness of each track while remaining true to their style. The urban chill of electronic sounds and the warmth of a beautifully human voice, computers, and live instruments, indie, glossy magazines, love confessions on internet forums, pop music, pain, tenderness, hope, beauty… Music.
Valeri Trebelyar was born in the Korean city of Busan – hence the name "Lali Puna" - "Lali from Puna". Her childhood was spent in Portugal, and her musical career began in Germany: in 1998, she launched her solo project, to which soon joined Markus Acher from another great German group – "Notwist" - and other remarkable and well-known musicians (for example, Christoph Brandner from "Console"!). Thus was born the group, whose rapid rise we could observe three years ago when "Lali Puna" first performed concerts in Russia. Today they come in their new status – as superstars whom we love and have long been waiting for.
