Kraftwerk to Reissue Eight Albums

Kraftwerk is preparing to reissue their eight studio albums in a special commemorative box set. The release is being handled by the Mute label. Additionally, the musicians plan to remaster and release the albums on vinyl, CD, and digital formats. Collectors will be disappointed to learn that the first three albums, 'Kraftwerk', 'Kraftwerk 2', and 'Ralf und Florian', will not be included in the collection.
The new '12345678: The Catalogue' will be released right after Kraftwerk's performance at the English festival Bestival 2009. Furthermore, the release of the new collection will coincide with the 35th anniversary of the influential album 'Autobahn'.

- Radio-Activity (1975)
- Trans Europe Express (1977)
- The Man Machine (1978)
- Computer World (1981)
- Techno Pop (1986)
- The Mix (1991)
- Tour De France (1993)
The release is expected on October 8, 2009.
