Godfather of Minimal Techno Daniel Bell has many names: DBX, Drum-Adi-X, KB Project, Cybersonik, Spawn, Tiny Robot. Bell started in the early 90s under the alias Cybersonik with Richie Hawtin, together they became pioneers of the Detroit techno wave. He was inspired by the classical minimalism of Philip Glass and Steve Reich, worked in a hip-hop studio, which did not prevent him from pursuing his own creativity, far from hip-hop. In 1992, he founded the famous 'Accelerate Records' and released several hot hits under the name DBX, including the smashing 'Losing Control', which became a generational anthem and inscribed Bell's name in the pantheon of great musicians. Nowadays, he is mainly focused on production and only occasionally, taking a free weekend, flies to Europe to perform. Warning: experiencing Bell's set at 'Ikra' is the only opportunity to see the legend in action at least until 2009. Don't miss it! On June 28, 2008, at 23:59, Daniel Bell will perform at the club 'Ikra'. Admission: advance tickets - 550 rubles, at the door - 700 rubles.
