Laurence Nelson in Russia for the First Time

Dj Laurence Nelson will perform at DяgileV at the Photo Story party. Laurence has been a resident of many clubs in both Britain and throughout Europe for the past six years. These include Area/Barraka, Ministry of Sound, Gardening Club, Hanover Grand, Turnmills, Rumba-Scotland, Loco Museum - Vienna, and Pomp-Pa Do in Paris. He started his career in 1988, warming up the audience before Paul Oakenfold and Danny Rampling's performances at the Limelight club. He then founded two of his own labels, Tag Records and Effective Record. Effective Records became extremely successful, releasing hits that entered the top ten dance charts. Laurence produced and remixed a number of well-known artists and groups, including Verve, Supper Furry Animals, Tinstar, Mandalay, Dina Carroll, Stereophonics, Snap, Electribe 101, and many others. In 2005, Laurence, together with Louise Carver, released the album Silent Scream. The single and album reached the top spots in the national charts of South Africa and Canada. The album is distributed by Sony/BMG. Over the course of his career, Laurence has performed in many countries around the world, but has not yet been to Russia, which he considers a mysterious and attractive country.
