Magda is the Author of the Next Mix from the Fabric Series

Magda (real name Magdalena Chojnacka) will be the author of the 49th mix from the English label and club Fabric, adding to the list of female DJs who have ever released music for this series (Ellen Allien and DJ Heather). Magda's musical career began in the USA, where she moved with her parents from Poland at the age of 9. In Detroit, Magdalena met Richie Hawtin and later became one of the main protégé of the owner of the M_nus label.

While working on Fabric 49, Magda recalled soundtracks to Italian horror films of the 70s. The mix includes her own new compositions, fresh minimal techno from her label colleagues M_nus (Marc Houle, Gaiser, Hobo, Heartthrob and Click Box), as well as unexpectedly several tracks from Idjut Boys, Goblin, Yello, Hercules & Love Affair and Circlesquare. Additionally, part of the playlist includes unreleased compositions from sound producers, which Magda received at various times as demo material.
