Mark Henning – Yes, Please!

On April 23, the residents of Fragment will host the signature party of the Helsinki-based promo group Yes, Please! at Shanti. Many artists performed in Helsinki thanks to them, from Tiga and Chicks on Speed to Dj Hell and Troy Pierce. One of its founders, Joe Le Bon, will represent Yes, Please! Mark Henning (Freude-am-Tanzen, Soma, Trapez) will be a special guest. Londoner Mark Henning is a well-known connoisseur of underground sound and releases music on reputable labels despite being half German, London has always been connected to his life until recently when he relocated to Berlin. His debut album, an Englishman with German roots, was released on the famous British label Soma Recordings in 2008. The British debutant didn't waste time and released 9 singles the following year, each well-received by his peers and partygoers. Henning's music balances between house and techno, filled with a solid groove, depth of sound, funky vibes, and a hint of madness. Henning has performed at renowned venues like London's Fabric, Berlin's Bar 25, Panorama Bar, Watergate, and Munich's Harry Klein.
