Masha Era at '16 Tons'

Masha Era emerged from creative explorations through the prism of the newest forms of art of two talented individuals – Masha Era and musician Ilya Shapovalov (known for the projects 'Neonavt' and 'Komitet'). When music joined their inspired collaboration, the duo first played and then sang. Their path to the international stage opened up with the release of the single 'Ice Touch' on Anton Kubikov and Maxim Milyutenko's label Pro-tez, followed by distribution by the German label Kompakt. However, not only the decadent cabaret stylistics, but also the decadent moods typical of it, here are taken with the prefix 'neo'. Masha Era does not melancholically picture, does not scream, and does not even pretend. For her, the drawn black tears cry and the wonderful vocals, intoning in all tones of bright sadness, which, according to the artist herself, is the leitmotif that runs through each song.
