Depeche Mode World Tour

On May 10, the world tour of Depeche Mode under the name Tour Of The Universe 2009 in support of the new album Sounds Of The Universe will begin with a concert in Tel Aviv, with the international release scheduled for April 20, 2009. 28 concerts will be held in 22 countries, including open-air venues in Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich. The tour will conclude on July 11, 2009, in Portugal. In addition to Germany, Israel, and Portugal, the band will visit Greece, Turkey, the UK, Italy, Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden, and some countries in Eastern Europe during this time. After a series of European performances, concerts in the USA and South America will follow. Russian fans will only be able to hear Depeche Mode in February 2010.
