British Darren Foreman, better known by his stage name Beardyman, became the national beatbox champion twice in a row in 2006 and 2007. His first musical work was a symphony for the school orchestra, which Darren composed at the age of 10.

Today, aside from corporate events of large companies and children's charity concerts, Beardyman performs his improvisations on the same stages as Nextmen, Groove Armada, Blondie, Underworld, and other famous artists.
