More Protein Will Be at Jet Set

On April 8-9, a themed party from the label - More Protein - will take place at Jet Set fashion club. The special guest of the party will be DJ Dave Davis. Also, on April 9, the club celebrates the birthday of its resident – DJ Michel Quazar. We invite all friends and acquaintances to celebrate this event. A present for everyone will be a DJ set by the birthday person.
For two decades, the name Dave Davis has been associated with English club culture. Thirteen years ago, Boy George created his label More Protein, and in 1997 entrusted his friend DJ Dave Davis to manage it. Throughout the thirteen years of More Protein's existence under the management of Boy George, Dave Davis, and Bela Brown, a whole team of club stars has emerged – Amos, Eve Gallagher, Zee, Kinky Roland, Lippy Lou, Colein. Even Mr. Boy George himself has started spinning records. Currently, David Davis also works as A&R at the labels Third World Disco, Things To Come, City Rockers Label, and GNP. David Davis is the official DJ at shows and presentations for Versace and Gucci. He is also a resident of clubs and party series: Smirk (alongside Boy George & Crystal Method), Humbug (Manchester), Logical Progression (Brixton), Silo & Departure Lounge / Velvet Underground (since 1997!), Triptonite / The End (London), Medicine Club, and others. He also writes articles for DJ Magazine and Club On Magazine. In 2003, Dave formed his own label Electric Blue. The first release was the song “Do I look Like a Slut” by the project Avenue D, a track recorded by the legendary creator of the "electro-clash" style Larry T.
