Move Ya continues the breakbeat party series

Martin Audio aka Move Ya started his DJ career in 1987, playing Breakbeat, Acid House, and Techno. Initially, Martin played on pirate radio stations (Radio Active/Green Apple) and at various illegal parties held in all sorts of warehouses, fields, etc., across the UK. At the same time, he worked with teams like Circus Warp, Sweat, Pod, Sunrise, Ruff Crew, Spiral Tribe, and was a resident at Dogstar for 5 years. He performed as part of Sancho Panza DJs at the Notting Hill Carnival, where around 4000 people attended. His mixes were broadcast on various popular radio stations and shows. Martin wrote his first Breaks track in 1996 together with Jem from Soul of Man. Currently, Martin has his own label, Audio Bug Rec, which he co-founded with Steve Lavers (based on Know How Records). ABR is gaining momentum and quickly becoming a popular Breakbeat/House label. Artists like Move Ya!, Steve Lavers, Nitro, Area 555, Mr Rossi, Jinx, and British Intelligence are signed to it. One of his singles, "The Ride", which reached 28th place in the DJ Mag Top 100 voting for the best track of 2005, became the best track of the month in three magazines and took 17th place in the Coolcuts voting. ABR also released 2 tracks from the talented Spanish performer Nitro.
