National Techno

Club Gorod continues to introduce the public to Russian representatives of the techno scene. The first party featured young projects that are just starting to make a name for themselves. Three teams performed live at the time - My Space Rocket, Casual Underground, and Bip Soup. The audience on the dance floor welcomed these unfamiliar acts, the dance floor joyfully swayed to the sounds of techno music, and music critics closely watched the young and promising musicians. Continuing the series of parties called 'National Techno,' the club now presents live performances by two musicians who have been experimenting with electronic instruments for quite some time - Yuri Murash and Lazyfish. Yuri Murash started his career on the experimental label Art-Tek, where he enthusiastically experimented with sound, and continued on the Trapez label under the name Moorush, producing high-quality techno on the verge of experimentation. Lazyfish also comes from the experimental electronic underground, successfully combining experiments with dance rhythms of techno music. His releases on Salo, Trapez, Lo Recordings, and other respected electronic record labels speak for themselves. Along with well-known musicians, the party organizers decided to introduce another young project that emerged recently - Gromov & Gromov (or simply G&G). Despite their long-standing friendship, these guys have only recently decided to start making music together. Their activities are focused on electro, progressive, and tech-house. Their tracks have already been featured on 'Megapolis FM,' and the project continues to actively evolve. Currently, the guys have over twenty tracks to their credit, with plans to release a record in Germany, looking towards the future optimistically. Another party of 'National Techno' once again presents a cross-section of Russian musicians who strive to push the boundaries of electronic sound, while still embracing the traditions of the German techno school and English futurists who were once on the Warp label, along with newcomers attempting to produce commercial dance music for large dance floors. January 20, Saturday, starting at 23:00, Club Gorod, 'National Techno' presents Moorash – live, Lazyfish – live, Gromov&Gromov – live, plus DJs: Anrilov, Spirit, Uho, and Kiriloff, entrance fee 400RUR, with a flyer 300RUR.
