Nag Nag Nag Nights in Mio

JoJo De Freq is a DJ and promoter, a girl popular in the trendiest city in the world, London, as well as far beyond its borders. Having arrived a few years ago from Vancouver to London in search of new music and sensations, JoJo quickly became part of the emerging neo-electro scene.

JoJo not only spins records - she is also one of the promoters of the Nag Nag Nag parties that have made a lot of noise on the London club scene. Special guests at these parties have included Dave Clarke, Miss Kittin, Hell, Adam Sky, and Boy George.

After the phenomenal rise and success of the Nag Nag Nag parties, JoJo was regularly invited to the best London clubs for the most hyped parties (Fabric, Bugged Out!, Fesh, 21st Century Body Rockers, Electric Stew). JoJo’s musical tastes are broad and multifaceted. In her sophisticated and highly technical mixes, you can hear techno, electro-disco, synthetic house, and classic acid. She never lets the audience get bored on the dance floor, skillfully combining the uncombineable, thus liberating dancers and leading them to ecstasy.

In addition to her success in London, JoJo has also gained international recognition. Her busy tour schedule includes Paris, New York, Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Berlin, and Geneva. In the summer of 2004 in Ibiza (at Space club and at the Manumission party), her sets were a pleasant and refreshing alternative to the dull commercial house that dominates the island.

Currently, JoJo spends a lot of time in the studio and plans to release her own tracks. This direction of her creativity will be appreciated in the near future, but for now, JoJo is gaining a reputation as a young talented DJ with excellent innovative taste and outstanding playing technique.
